 Being a newspaper site it's updated daily by the client,
and a lot of effort went into making it very easy to update and to
minimize chances of broken links.
The layout was designed to give a feel of reading the actual
newspaper - note the jagged borders on top and bottom, as also the
"Ear Panel ads".
